We like to be transparent about the way we operate. Here you will find the most frequenty asked questions about our online shop, however if you don’t find what you’re looking for make sure to contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with more info.

Shipping is automatically calculated by the weight of the item/s being purchased and are shipped using MaltaPost. If you would like to track your items MaltaPost offers tracked shipping at a charge of €5. If you are in Malta we also deliver using MaltaPost with an extra €5 charge if you want the parcels tracked or you could pick up the items yourself. Feel free to email us on [email protected] for any inquiries.

We sell and ship across the seven seas.

We process each and every order between 1 or 2 working days. Delivery to Malta takes 1-2 working days. International shipping takes 2-15 working days depending on your location. If one has chosen the tracked option MaltaPost use the express shipping method.

We choose the most reliable and secure payment gateway on the planet so you can shop with confidence. Paypal is our main option if one don’t have a Paypal account, we have the other easy and secure Braintree gate way. If you have a big order we can also accept bank to bank transfer.

We do not keep any data relating to credit cards whenever someone makes a purchase with on our website because transactions are handed over to PayPal. That means you would not be sharing any credit card information with anyone when you make a purchase at Safe Sea Marine Center. If however you require an alternative payment method and wish to handle a transfer directly with us (such as through bank transfer) we will always treat your information as strictly confidential.

You will receive an automated receipt from our online shop, and you will also receive a PayPal receipt if you check out with paypal. That means your paper work is fully covered with us!

If no one is available when Courier or Post Man tries to Deliver, In most cases They will leave you a note that they will either attempt to Re-Deliver the next day or prompted to Ask for
the best Day for Re-Delivery.
For Local Deliveries, We will give you the option of picking it up in store or to re-deliver the following work-day.

You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor your shipping status online.

If you reside in Europe, you should not be charged any Customs or Import Duties. If you (the customer) resides outside of Europe, you may be charged Custom & Import Duties.

Shipping charges do not include any duty or taxes applicable on import into countries outside of the EU.
