How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the items in your order.

We ship through MaltaPost, with tracking included as standard. For local deliveries in Malta, we use Arrow Express.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. If you have a question about delivery to your location, please email [email protected] before ordering.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We normally process orders within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Malta: 1–2 working days.
• International deliveries: 2–15 working days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates. Postal delays and customs clearance may affect when your order arrives.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. A printed receipt will be included with your parcel.

What happens if I’m not available to receive my delivery?

If you miss a delivery, the postal service or courier will usually leave a notice explaining how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel.

For local deliveries in Malta, we can arrange collection from our shop or redelivery on the following working day. Please contact us for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Orders shipped from Malta to destinations within the EU are generally not subject to customs duties. Special rules may apply to certain territories.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply under the destination’s rules. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are payable by the customer.
